FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Memory Training is a three-week program designed to teach effective memory techniques to improve memory. The course targets the four most common memory complaints that many people experience in their daily lives: remembering names and faces; remembering items on your to-do list, remembering where you put your things, and “tip of the tongue” memory slips.

Memory Training is designed for adults over 50 who are experiencing memory changes due to normal aging changes. This program is not designed for adults who are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia.

There are three memory training classes and they meet for 90 minutes. It is best to commit to all three classes.

Currently, there is not a fee for this 3 week program.

The Memory Training Program focuses on research-based memory strategies that have been shown to improve memory in older adults with normal, age-related memory challenges.
