PUT YOUR BRAIN TO WORK
Daily stimulation can make your mind stronger. Brain Boot Camp is a holistic 3-hour intensive course that teaches brain healthy lifestyles and enhances memory ability in just one day. The course is taught by a UCLA certified Memory Trainer in a small group of 6-10 participants. The course is designed for people with age-related memory concerns who wish to improve or maintain their memory ability. The course is not intended for people with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
One class teaches:
- Basic techniques to respond to everyday memory challenges
- Advanced memory techniques to master memory of names and faces
- Tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle of physical exercise, brain health eating and managing stress
